Travelling to Morocco with Children


Greetings Dear Travellers, here we are, back with a new article, this time we would like to introduce some tips and ideas so you can travel to Morocco with your children.

Visiting new places and getting to know more cultures, people, cuisines, lifestyles. New experiences will surely educate the young generation beside of course books and school. But of course, travelling with children definitely has some difficulties but rewarding nevertheless.

Morocco is a friendly-children country as are many Arab countries, so here are some tips that may help you through your stay in Morocco with children:


  • Plan the trip to the age of your children and what they like. Hiking, climbing, camel trekking, but make sure your children are physically ready or you can discuss the age and preferences of your children with your guide for the best trip for your entire family.
  • In Morocco, children should not be allowed to roam the streets without the supervision of an adult,  Younger children should either be in a stroller or hold hands at all times. The cities are quite big and busy so to avoid being lost make sure to write on a piece of paper the full name, phone number, and where are you staying and put it in the children pockets just in case.
  • To make your children more excited look into finding films that get your kids excited about the scenery or interesting books, about their favourite food, movies, series, documentaries, that will excite them to visite places.
